What is Vegan BCAA?

BCAAs, also known as branched-chain amino acids, consist of 3 key amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine), all of which play a key role in the muscle-building process. Usually BCAAs come from meat and cheese, but these Vegan BCAAs come from animal-free sources. This means that essential amino acids need not be missing from a vegan diet. By using Vegan BCAA, one with a vegan diet can ensure that their body is supplied with the essential amino acids needed to aid in protein synthesis.

When is the best time to take Vegan BCAA?

It is essential to maintain high levels of amino acids in your body throughout the day to prevent your body from using muscle protein as fuel. To achieve this, we recommend taking 5 grams of Vegan BCAAs throughout the day to ensure that your levels are replenished throughout the day and that you consume BCAAs 30-45 minutes before your workout.

We also recommend consuming 5 g 2-4 times a day. Add two black spoons (5 g) to 100 - 150 ml of water or juice, shake and consume.
