You are entitled to have your order up to 14 days after receipt cancel without giving any reason.

You have once again after cancellation 14 days to return your product.

The item must be complete and in case of food ( supplements )

• are unopened.
• The item must not be damaged or broken.
• The factory packaging must not be damaged.

If products are unopened you can within 14 days of receipt, register for return. After the day of notification, you still have 14 days to return the order or part of it according to our return procedure.

Before returning a shipment, please notify us by sending us an email to info@vegan-supps.nl. So that we are aware of your return, instructions for return will follow by e-mail after this.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel; for the exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.

Once you have chosen a product from our webshop, add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the order button

You can now click on the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner to view your basket. Then you can click on continue to checkout. And here you have to click on all your address details and payment option. You will then be directed to the payment page.

You can pay for your order in various ways. We have the following options available for you:

• IDEAL
• Direct bank transfer
• Bancontact
• Credit card payment

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days are dispatched within 1 or 2 working days.

Delivery is made via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
