What you need: - 250 grams of low-fat cottage cheese - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 1 tablespoon of honey - Icing sugar substitute - Water - Orange dye
Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 2. Cut the puff pastry slices into the desired size for the tompoucenes and place them on the baking tray. Prick holes in the slices with a fork. 3. Bake the puff pastry slices in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Then let them cool well. 4. While the puff pastry slices cool, mix the cottage cheese, protein powder and honey in a bowl until smooth. 5. Cut the cooled puff pastry slices in half horizontally so that you get two equal rectangles for each tompouce. 6. Spread the protein curd mixture over the bottom half of the puff pastry slices and place the top halves on top. Let the tompoucenes stiffen in the fridge for a while. 7. Before decorating the tompouces, add small bits of water to the icing sugar substitute until it has the right consistency for the icing. Add a drop of orange food colouring and stir well. 8. Spread the icing on top & enjoy your delicious high-protein protein tompouce! 👑
