User manual
We recommend 2-3 servings per day, or as required to meet your individual needs. Add 250-350 ml of water or milk and 1 scoop (30 g) to your shaker, shake well and consume. The less water you use, the thicker your shake will be, so adjust to your own taste.
What is Vegan Protein?
Vegan Protein uses only the best plant-based proteins selected by nutritionists for their nutritional value. Unlike other vegan protein shakes on the market today, it contains 5 different protein sources to give you a much more comprehensive nutritional profile to meet your vegan dietary needs. It contains soy, hemp, sunflower, pea and brown rice protein.
Vegan Protein contains no added sugars and up to 26 grams of protein per serving. This combined with only 0.6 grams of fat and 0.2 grams of carbohydrates, means this is the ideal shake for anyone looking for a highly nutritious shake at any time of the day or night. You can consume it on the go or increase your protein intake when you need it most. In addition, it is dairy-, gluten-, wheat- and lactose-free. It naturally contains an abundance of branched-chain amino acids, arginine and lysine.
What are the benefits of Vegan Protein?
Vegan Protein is scientifically formulated by a team of nutritionists and it is based on a wide range of plant-based research studies. Below are the key ingredients described with some of the benefits they offer (especially for anyone following a vegan diet):
- Hemp protein: Very high in natural proteins, omega 3 and omega 6. Contains no allergens and a high concentrate of zinc. Contributes to normal protein synthesis and protection of cells against oxidative stress.
- Sunflower protein: a rich source of amino acids, protein, fibre, niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B6. The protein and fibre content can help support muscle maintenance and aid in normal bowel functions. The niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the vitamin B6 helps normal protein and glycogen metabolism and normal immune system function.
- Pea protein isolate - Pea protein has the highest solubility of all proteins and has been shown to contribute to muscle maintenance. It also contains a high percentage of vitamin K that helps maintain normal bones and blood clotting.
- Brown rice protein - Brown rice contains vitamin B6 which has been shown to help with energy-generating metabolism, protein and glycogen metabolism and fatigue reduction.
- Soh yeah-protein isolate - Contains all nine essential amino acids, is packed with vitamin B12 and magnesium, and helps support muscles and maintain normal bones. If you don't eat meat, getting these micronutrients in your diet can be difficult. Magnesium helps normal muscle function and B12 aids psychological function, normal blood cell formation and contributes to fatigue reduction.
What does Vegan Protein taste like?
Only premium GMO-free ingredients are used to make these vegan protein powders that are easy to mix in water or nut milk AND taste incredible too. All shakes have a more natural taste than their dairy counterparts. They have a smooth texture, but mixing with nut milk gives it a creamier texture, if that's what you're looking for. Vegan Protein is also available in a wide range of exciting flavours. A description of the flavours:
- Birthday Cake: brimming with flavour. A subtle but spicy vanilla base followed by hints of all your favourite birthday cake memories. Jam layer? You bet, followed by hints of candy, icing and sprinkles.
- Chocolate Silk: heavenly chocolate tones. As smooth and velvety as can be made.
- Chocolate Mint Brownie: an English classic: chocolate coated in mint.
- Cookies 'n' Cream: an American favourite, with the harmonious flavours of biscuits and cream.
- Chocolate Peanut Cookie: for the adventurous and nut lover.
- Strawberries 'n' Cream: great-tasting English strawberry with a luxuriously creamy texture. Completely versatile and a true classic.
- Vanilla cream: pure and simple, a legendary taste bud feast.
