When the powder is mixed with water, a reaction takes place between magnesium carbonate and citric acid, causing it to fizz. The acid from citric acid and the carbonate from magnesium carbonate, are neutralised in this process. When the reaction is complete, the result is ionic magnesium citrate, which is a highly absorbable source of magnesium.

How to use Plantforce Ionic Mag Osteo Natural
Recommended use
Add the powder to a glass. Add enough boiling or cold water to cover the powder. Let it fizz until dissolved. If using cold water, let it fizz for 10-15 minutes. Fill the rest of the glass with cold water or herbal tea and it is ready to use.
Dosage
Plantforce® Mag Osteo can be taken with, or between meals. The daily serving of 3.5 g (1 teaspoon or 5 ml) can be taken as a single serving or divided into 2-3 smaller serving sizes and taken throughout the day.
Save
Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children. Close the container tightly after use otherwise the product may clump. When the product has clotted, it can still be used, but it makes dosing more difficult.
