Ahiflower® (refined Buglossoides arvensis) seed oil, capsule wall (modified maize starch (IP), glycerol, carrageenan, anhydrous sodium carbonate and 590 mg Ahiflower® seed oil.
Omega-3 fatty acids: 94.6 mg stearidonic acid (SDA), 233.8 mg alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), 102 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 204 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Omega-6 fatty acids: 25.1 mg gamma linolenic acid (GLA), 50.1 mg linoleic acid (LA), omega-9 fatty acids: 33.4 mg oleic acid.
