Our Boosters are made for daily use, so one Booster of each is recommended. ARE THE BOOSTERS VEGAN-FRIENDLY? Yes! From our plant-based collagen boosters to our probiotic blends, all our ingredients are 100% vegan!

DO I TAKE MY BOOSTERS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH OR WITH FOOD?
We recommend taking the Boosters with food, as the ingredients are active and can upset an empty stomach.
IS IT SAFE TO TAKE MY BOOSTERS WITH MY MEDICINES AND/OR OTHER VITAMINS?
We recommend consulting your doctor before taking the Boosters together with other medications. We do not recommend taking with charcoal, as the Boosters will not be absorbed properly. We also advise against taking the Healthy Hair Boosters within 2 hours of your iron supplement, as they compete for absorption in the body.
CAN I TAKE THE BOOSTERS IF I AM PREGNANT/BREASTFEEDING?
We recommend seeking advice from your doctor first, generally we do not recommend this for pregnant women, but it is generally good for breastfeeding and postpartum women.
HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE BOOSTERS BEFORE YOU SEE RESULTS?
This is different for everyone because so many factors come into play, but generally after daily use from 3 to 8 weeks.
