Usage and dosage
Recommended portion
Standard dose: Use 3 scoops (90 g) with 150 ml of boiling water.<
If you are losing weight --> Dosage: Use 2 scoops (60 g) with 100 ml of boiling water.
User manual
1. Hold the lid and shake the can upside down to mix the contents.
2. Add 2-3 scoops to a heatproof bowl/mug. 60g = 2 scoops, 90g = 3 scoops.
3. Pour in boiling water and stir well. 60 g (2 scoops) = 100 ml, 90 g (3 scoops) = 150 ml.
4. Cover with a lid/board and set aside for 8 minutes.
5. Stir your meal one last time and enjoy.
