Each SuperMeal recipe is formulated to provide the perfect balance of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fibre in an optimal ratio of 50:25:18:7, with all 26 essential vitamins and minerals your body needs.
Each SuperMeal is carefully formulated with only healthy, nutritious food ingredients such as vegetables, couscous, long grain rice, avocado oil and grains that are packed with flavour and make you feel full.

Kickin' Korean Noodle is infused with all the delicious bursts of flavour we associate with tasty Korean cuisine. It contains a mixture of noodles, Korean spices, tomato, garlic, onion and chilli to create a meal brimming with fusion flavour.

Our first macaroni recipe is here, brimming with flavour. This recipe starts with a rich, creamy cheese sauce that we then infused with the classic combination of garlic and mushrooms. All this on top of our delicious macaroni pasta and leaves you in foodie heaven.

Usage and dosage
Recommended portion
Standard dose: Use 3 scoops (90 g) with 150 ml of boiling water.Dosage: Use 2 scoops (60 g) with 100 ml of boiling water. User manual
1. Hold the lid and shake the can upside down to mix the contents.
2. Add 2-3 scoops to a heatproof bowl/mug. 60g = 2 scoops, 90g = 3 scoops.
3. Pour in boiling water and stir well. 60 g (2 scoops) = 100 ml, 90 g (3 scoops) = 150 ml.
4. Cover with a lid/board and set aside for 8 minutes.
5. Stir your meal one last time and enjoy.
